Buffet Menus

We want everything to be perfect for your event. Choosing the right food is important. With this in mind we have provided three lists below. One for appetizers. One for Salads. One for Entrees. You can build your own buffet by choosing 2 from the Appetizers, 2 from the Salads, and 4 from the Entrees. ($36.95 to $49.95 per person)

If you had something else in mind, let us know. Our teaam of Chef's are extremely well versed in cooking any cuisine from all corners of the earth. Whatever you can think of, we can provide it..

Appetizers (Choose 2)

 

Artichoke Franchaise 

The house favorite! Battered artichoke fritters served with our delicious lemon, tarragon white wine and butter sauce

 

Coconut Shrimp  

Fresh shrimp in a coconut crust served with an sweet chili dipping sauce

.

Blackened Tuna 

Fresh tuna quickly seared on both sides. Served rare and thinly sliced with a

wonderful tarragon dipping sauce.

 

Calamari Fritti

Fresh calamari Italian style, fried golden brown and served with marinara.

 

Bruschetta al Pomodoro 

Grilled toast points topped with an Italian style salsa of chopped fresh tomato, fresh basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil.

atop our classic Caesar salad.

 

Greek Salad 

Creamy feta cheese, pepperoncini,

roasted red peppers and kalamata

olives served atop a bed of Romaine lettucewith Bermuda red onions,

tomatoes and cucumber.

 

Chicken Balsamico

Tender slices of chicken breast tossed with toasted nuts, dried cranberries,Gorgonzola cheese and mixed greens with a balsamic vinaigrette and drizzled withbalsamic glaze.

homemade croûtons served tossed in our

delectable white wine butter sauce and tossed with tricolored cheese filled tortellini.

Vegetarian delight. Fresh vegetables including zucchini, summer squash, broccoli, carrots, spinach and fresh tomatoes sauteed with garlic,fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.

 

Pasta Olivia 

Chefs signature dish! Artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers and kalamata olivessauté ed with fresh basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil and tossed with pasta.

 

Penne ala Vodka 

Our popular roman dish features prosciutto sauté ed with fresh basil andgarlic in a vodka tomato cream sauce.

 

Angel Hair Feta Pomadoro

You have to try this dish! Fresh tomatoes are sauté ed with garlic andfresh basil in olive oil and topped with crumbled feta cheese.

 

Pasta Puttenesca

The girls in the brothels of Naples would make a quick lunch of what they had in thepantry. Kalamata olives, portobelo mushroom, capers, anchovies and fresh tomato sauté ed with fresh basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil. (slightly spicy)
